Accept payments on Shopify with Paypal in USD

Enable in your local currency Shopify, such as CLP, the reception of payments by Paypal in USD.

What does it consist of:

• The redirect payment method to Paypal is installed, converting the total of your cart from local currency to the value of the dollar that you choose at the time of payment in USD.
• Once the customer accepts this means of payment, an order confirmation email arrives, so it is important that in this confirmation email you communicate very well that if the payment method chosen was by Paypal, the order will remain in the status of "Payment pending." until your manual validation. Very similar or the same as how "Electronic transfer" works
• You will receive payment in CLP with your Shopify but the money will be deposited into your Paypal account in USD.
• You will receive a payment confirmation email from Paypal which will be your proof to validate the sale.

THIS TYPE OF SALE DOES NOT PAY SHOPIFY COMMISSION

Requirements:

• Shopify plan (the plan doesn't matter)
• Paypal account
• Link enabled for your paypal.me so that you have a website for receiving payments

Extra Options:

• If you have Shopify Flow or Arigato to do automations in your store, you can assign an auto cancellation period for the order in status "Pending payment" so that it is canceled after X amount of time, replenish the items to the inventory and notify the customer by email that their order was canceled.

• You can also add an extra commission to the total sale. Example 3 dollars more commission.

Installation Time:

• 1-2 days, a request is generated to access your Shopify to access Payments and Payment Screen.
